HAIRVANA.IO provides cloud-based salon management software including scheduling, client management, payment processing, inventory tracking, and analytics tools for professional salons and stylists.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial months or years.

6. Limitation of Liability

HAIRVANA.IO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
